Refund Policy

Your £1 reservation is fully refundable

You may cancel your Kerbium founding reservation and receive a full refund of the £1 payment at any time before it is applied towards a Kerbium purchase.

How to request a refund

Email hello@kerbium.com from the email address used at checkout and include “Kerbium reservation refund” in the subject line. We may ask for the Stripe receipt or checkout details to locate the payment.

Timing

After locating your reservation, we will submit the full £1 refund to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer determines how long the credit takes to appear after Stripe processes it.

If Kerbium does not proceed

If we discontinue the founding reservation programme or determine that Kerbium will not proceed to an offer for reservation holders, we will cancel and refund outstanding reservation payments.

After a product purchase

A future purchase of a finished Kerbium device will be governed by the sales and returns terms presented at that time. This policy covers only the £1 founding reservation.
