Reservation Terms

These terms apply to the Kerbium founding reservation offered in the United Kingdom through kerbium.co.uk.

What your reservation means

Your £1 payment reserves early-access priority and, if Kerbium becomes available for purchase in the UK, eligibility to buy one device at a total founding price of £99 before any applicable delivery charge. If you later choose to complete that separate purchase, the £1 will be applied as a credit, leaving £98 before any applicable delivery charge.

This is not an order or product purchase

Kerbium is currently in development. The £1 payment is a separate, fully refundable reservation fee. It is not an order, pre-order, deposit, partial payment or purchase of goods. No device is ordered or owed when you reserve, and we do not collect a delivery address for the reservation. A separate purchase decision and transaction will be required if Kerbium becomes available.

No availability or delivery promise

A reservation does not guarantee that Kerbium will be manufactured or offered for sale, that you will receive a device, or that any production, availability, or delivery date will be met. No availability or delivery date has been announced. Any future product order will include its own sales terms and shipping estimate.

Product images and features

Images on this site are concept visualizations of a product in development. Final appearance, materials, specifications, software, packaging, and features may change. Kerbium does not yet offer a finished device for use.

Founding price

If Kerbium becomes available in the UK, we intend to offer qualifying reservation holders the opportunity to purchase one device for a total price of £99 before any applicable delivery charge and optional services. The currently planned future retail price is £129, but retail pricing may change. The founding-price eligibility is personal to the reservation holder and may not be transferred or resold.

Availability and communications

We will use the email address provided during checkout to send reservation confirmations and meaningful development, availability, and purchase updates. When Kerbium is ready to order, we may provide a limited period in which to complete your purchase at the founding price.

Refunds and cancellation

You may cancel and request a full refund of the £1 reservation at any time before applying it to a future Kerbium purchase. See the Refund Policy for instructions. If we discontinue the programme or decide not to offer Kerbium to reservation holders, we will cancel outstanding reservations and refund the £1 payments to the original payment methods.

Not medical advice

Kerbium is not available for use today and is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or direct human care. Future visual monitoring can indicate whether a dose appears to have been removed from a compartment; it cannot confirm that medication was swallowed.
